Welcome to OUSI
OUSI was established by a group of technical experts in the secondary sterilization area of the food & drug industry.
We closely cooperate with SUES (Shanghai University Of Engineering Science) and USST (University of Shanghai for Science and Technology), and focus on the R&D of continuous high-temperature sterilization technology.
In 2008, our first continuous sterilizer for flavored milk packed in HDPE bottles was successfully launched at Hongbaolai – one of China’s most famous dairy & beverage manufacturers.
So far, we have developed several types of continuous sterilizers that meet the sterilization needs of main packaging formats, including HDPE/PP bottles, glass bottles, cans, stick pouches, and various rigid and flexible packaging.
Compared to traditional batch sterilizers, OUSI continuous sterilizers save 40% steam energy, 60% sterilization time, and 60% floor space on average, and only require one operator for the entire system. These significantly reduce the cost of sterilization.
Many famous companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries have verified OUSI’s continuous sterilization technology. We look forward to working with you!

History
The world's first dedicated continuous sterilizer for stick pouches was successfully worked out.
It revolutionized the traditional batch retort sterilizers and realized fully automated production of stick pouches from filling, sterilizing, to cartoning.
Won the honor of “a Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, Innovative Middle and Small-sized Enterprise in Shanghai."
Won the honor of "National High-tech Enterprise."
Shanghai Ousi Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
The new company has reintegrated the technologies and personnel related to continuous sterilizers and wholly focused on the segment of continuous sterilizers.
R&D of continuous sterilizer for pet foods and medical products packed in stick pouches.
Due to the market trend of stick pouch packaging, our technical team began to challenge the goal of "the world's first dedicated continuous sterilizer for stick pouches."
The first order from Liziyuan.
Liziyuan ordered this continuous sterilizer for its Zhejiang Jinhua main plant to replace its traditional batch sterilizers.
The first fully automatic rotary blow molding machine was officially put into production.
According to feedback from customer HONGBAOLAI, it completely surpasses traditional linear blowing machines in terms of production capacity, blowing quality, reliability, and energy saving.
Became a long-term strategic partner with Liziyuan
Liziyuan, China's largest sweet milk manufacturer, will use continuous sterilizers in its new production lines.
The 2nd company - Shanghai TianL Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established.
As an ancillary facility, TianL aims to develop the most advanced high-speed automatic rotary blow molding machine, which can significantly improve the production speed and quality of HDPE/PP bottles.
Obtained the national invention patent "Water-seal device for continuous sterilizer."
In 2010, we had 8 patents related to continuous sterilizers approved.
Our first continuous sterilizer was successfully put into production.
After multiple tests and according to the feedback from the actual production of our client (the well-known beverage manufacturer HONGBAOLAI), the continuous sterilizer we developed for milk products packed in HDPE bottles has achieved the expected goals in terms of speed, sterilization effect, continuous working time, steam saving, etc.
R&D of continuous sterilizer started.
Based on customer demands, our 10 senior engineers started the R&D for "China's first continuous sterilizer." Meanwhile, we reached cooperation with the Shanghai University Of Engineering Science and the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
Story Begins. Shanghai IBN Machinery Co., Ltd. was established.
Mainly engaged in the R&D and production of dairy and beverage equipment, sterilization equipment, and pharmaceutical equipment. Providing turnkey engineering services for automated production lines for dairy products, juice drinks, tea drinks, purified water, and condiments.
