For the secondary high-temperature sterilization of canned products, OUSI revolutionized the traditional batch sterilization process, and developed a continuous sterilizer specially for them.
Features
The sterilizer directly connects to the former canning machine and the subsequent packaging line, to realize seamless connection from canning, sterilization to packaging. This meets the requirements of intelligent manufacturing and digital production lines.
Production capacity can be 1000 cans per minute or more.
In the sterilization process, the cans keep on translating and flipping, and the heat penetrates rapidly in the form of convection, which greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency so that the required sterilization temperature can be reached in a shorter time.
The sterilization temperature is adjustable from 85°C to 140°C.
The pressure in the vessel is adjustable to avoid deformation of the cans.
The sterilizers can be tailor made according to specific technical requirements, sterilization process parameters, and capacity requirements to obtain the most effective, reliable, consistent, and energy-saving solutions.
Optional Configurations:
According to the specific requirements of the sterilization process, we can add below modules:
Pressure sterilization & pressure cooling
Integrated & controllable heating, cooling and pressurization in the vessel. Sterilization temperature can be ≥121℃, and sterilization at 85°C is also workable in the same sterilizer. Time and pressure are adjustable.
Atmospheric pressure pre-heating
Preheat the cans before sterilization. Temperature is adjustable (normally preheat to 85°C or higher).
Atmospheric pressure external cooling
After sterilizing, cans are transported out of the vessel and pass through a water tank for external cooling, where they are further cooled in a water bath under atmospheric pressure until the temperature meets the requirements of subsequent packaging. (Suitable for 3 pieces cans, avoiding them from being crushed.)
