Features
The sterilizer directly connects to the former packaging machine and the subsequent counting & cartoning machines to realize a seamless connection from packaging, sterilizing, to counting & cartoning.
Production capacity per minute is 1200 pouches or more.
The sterilization temperature is adjustable from 85°C to 140°C.
The pressure in the vessel is adjustable.
The sterilization time is adjustable.
The sterilizers can be tailor made according to specific technical requirements, sterilization process parameters, and capacity requirements to obtain the most effective, reliable, consistent, and energy-saving solutions.
Optional Configurations:
According to the specific requirements of the sterilization process, we can add below modules:
Temporary storage
When the subsequent packaging equipment breaks down, holders of the sterilized pouches can be transited to this module for temporary storage and air drying.
